06 Days / 5 Nights Nepal, India: £ 325/- Itinerary: Kathmandu - Pokhra Day 01 : Kathmandu On arrival at Kathmandu airport to meet with our local tour executive, who will assist for your hotel transfer. Check in at the booked hotel. In the evening to go for sightseeing to Baudhanath & Aarati of Pashupatinath. These are the places where one will see the holy saddhus / Indian saints pray. After , then to continue to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal, the Bouddhanath, with its large stupa, this is the place where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage. Night stay in Kathmandu. Day 02 : Kathmandu After breakfast to go and visit the Kathmandu durbar square. This Durbar square is famous for old palaces and temples. After this to visit the famous world heritage sight the Syambhunath, where one gets to see the magnificent views of the Kathmandu valley and also is tribute to Buddhism. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 03: Kathmandu–Pokhra{ 210 kms /6 hours } After breakfast to leave for Pokhara, which is 210 Km away and takes about 06 hours to reach. On arrival at Pokhra town at 2,300 feet one gets the feel of good pleasant weather and beautiful view from the hotel. Also in the evening one could go for boating and be at leisure. Overnight stay in Pokhra. Day 04 : Pokhra After breakfast to visit the Bindebasini Temple. This is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara and was a part of Kaski region, the main deity of the temple,Goddess Durga.Thereafter to go for sightseeing to awesome waterfall the Devi’s fall, also known as Patale Chango,lying 2 km southwest of Pokhara and thereafter to visit the famous caves the Gupteshwor Cave.After lunch could go for an hour boat ride on Fewa Lake Night stay in Pokhra. Day 05 : Pokhra-Kathmandu After breakfast to drive back to Kathmandu. On arrival to check in at the booked hotel and be at leisure.Later could for for shopping and for Casinos. Night stay in Kathmandu. Day 06 : Kathmandu – Onward destination. After breakfast to check out of the hotel and depending on flight timings to leave for airport and board for onward destination.
