Day 01 : Bangalore

On arrival at Bangalore to meet with our local tour executive, who will assist to get onboard the train and get to experience luxury travelling in style and utmost comfort.In Bangalore city to visit if time permits, the gardens and get to see it”s cosmopolitican life.
Later to get on board the Golden Chariot train and to leave for Mysore.

Day 02 : Chennai { formerly known as Madras }

On arrival at Chennai, formerly known as Madras the capital of Tamil Nadu state in South India.Here to visit the modern city with it”s ancient traditions and ethos.Also during the tour to visit different temples and get to see this modern city.After city tour to get on board the train and to proceed to the next destination–Pondicherry. On board to enjoy the facilities and be at leisure.

Day 03 : Pondicherry

On arrival at Pondicherry, being a former French colony, the Union territory of Pondicherry is famous for the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and it”s offshoot Auroville. Be at leisure at the Ashram for some time and thereafter to board the train for Kumbakonam / Tanjavur
Rest of the day to enjoy the luxuries while travelling and be at leisure.

Day 04: Kumbakonam/Tanjavur

On arrival to visit this ancient town of temples in Tanjavur which was once famous for its prestigious educational institutions.
After the tour to get back on board the train and proceed to the next destination Madhurai.Rest of the time be at lesiure and enjoy the facilities.
   
Day 05 : Madhurai

On arrival at Madhurai , also known as the temple city has a rich cultural heritage that goes back to over 2,500 years !! As of today it is synonymous with the famed Meenakshi temple which stands today as one of the country”s greatest architectural landmarks.
Later to get back to the Golden Chariot and proceed to the next destination Thiruvananthapuram and enjoy the luxuries while travelling.

Day 06 : Thiruvananthapuram / Poovar

On arrival at Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala is a beautiful seaside city with traditions going back to over 1000 years B.C.It is famous for temples and Poovar a quaint little coastal village unexplored and exoctic.
Later to get on board and proceed to the next destination Alleppey.

Day 07 : Alleppey

On arrival at Alleppey, the city known as the Venice of east. To visit this water locked district embellished with inland canals. The backwaters tourism is famous here and if time permitting one can go for few hours and get the feel of backwaters.
After visits to get on board again for the last destination Kochi.

Day 08 : Kochi

On arrival in Kochi , the tour ends here in this cosmopolitan city with rich history and scenic beauty .
